The Ohio State football team is starting to get recruits to lock in official visits in the coming weeks as June is shaping up to be a big month for the Buckeyes on the recruiting trail.

This weekend, the Buckeyes will host three-star WR Elijah Moore on his official visit. He was originally scheduled to take his official visit on June 16th but will now take a visit on June 2nd. Ohio State seems to have a lead over Michigan, which could mean this is a commitment watch, and something to keep an eye on. Moore joins five-star DL Dominick McKinley, four-star DL Nigel Smith ll, four-star IOL Daniel Cruz, and three-star LB Nicholas Rodriguez. Ohio State commits four-star RB Jordan Lyle and four-star TE Max LeBlanc will also be on campus.

Another target changing his official visit date is four-star OT Guebry Lambert. He was originally supposed to be on campus this weekend but had a mix-up and will be at Notre Dame instead. Then, next weekend, Lambert will take his official visit to Ohio State on June 9th. Lambert will join four-star OT Brandon Baker, four-star EDGE Marquise Lightfoot, four-star DL Darien Mayo, four-star WR Jeremiah McClellan, four-star LB Edwin Spillman, and four-star DL D’Antre Robinson. Again, commits will join the top targets on campus as four-star OT Deontae Armstrong, four-star IOL Devontae Armstrong, and three-star ATH Sam Williams-Dixon will be in attendance.

The Armstrong twins were also supposed to visit this weekend but will visit on June 9th setting up a huge recruiting weekend. Official visit season is around the corner, and the Buckeyes are set to get hot again on the recruiting trail. It will only be a matter of time until the commits start flowing again. The Buckeyes head into official visit season sitting in excellent spots for many targets.
