Recently, at one of Ohio State’s camps, the Buckeyes extended an offer to 2025 WR Jayvan Boggs. The talented receiver has plenty of time until he makes a decision and will be a coveted player in the class of 2025. Boggs attends Cocoa High School in Florida, which is a familiar area for the Buckeyes as 2023 Ohio State Signee Four-star S Cedrick Hawkins also attended Cocoa.

“The offer means a lot to me; I grew up watching Ohio State. It’s my dream school,” Boggs told The Silver Bulletin. “Coach Day offered me and the conversation we had was great, we had a ten-minute conversation, it was great.”

Boggs even spoke about Ohio State from the heart, “Ohio State was [a] great, great environment, great culture, great coaching staff, and great people,” Boggs said. “To be honest the practice stood out to me the most, to actually see how everything goes on behind the scenes at practice.” Boggs tells The Silver Bulletin he will return soon in the fall for a football game to take in the full game day experience in the Horseshoe.

Ohio State is not the only school on his radar, however, “Other schools are sticking out like Florida, which I’ll be at this Friday, [as well as] UCF and Florida State,” Boggs said.

Those are just a few schools in the early stages but the list will surely grow due to his rising recruitment. But a commitment plan is tentatively on the horizon, “I will be committing during or after my Junior Year.” Boggs still has plenty of time until committing to a school, but the Buckeyes are an early player to watch during his recruitment.
