Multiple teams from both Ohio State and Michigan consisting of current and former players participated and faced off for the $50,000 grand prize. Braxton Miller, CJ Stroud, and Cradle Jones headlined the celebrity attendance for the Ohio State side. Each team was provided one professional Esports player, whom the football players relied to win the match.
The MFAM Gauntlet was a private event live-streamed on Twitch, and added a new layer to the century-old Ohio State-Michigan rivalry.
