Former Ohio State Running Back Master Teague Signs with Pittsburgh Steelers

After a cup of coffee with the Chicago Bears, former Ohio State running back Master Teague has found a new home and signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The undrafted Teague replaces Jeremy McNichols, a five-year NFL veteran, who was placed on the reserve/injured list due to a shoulder injury. The former Buckeye rushed for 1,764 yards and 17 touchdowns during his time in Columbus, and now joins a backfield led by Najee Harris and Benny Snell.

Teague was a second-team all-Big Ten selection in 2020 and a third-team honoree in 2019.
