Former Ohio State Offensive Lineman Wyatt Davis Waived by Minnesota Vikings

Former Ohio State offensive lineman and 2021 third-round draft choice Wyatt Davis has been waived by the Minnesota Vikings, per league reports.

Davis, as mentioned, was selected by the Vikings just one season ago after a solid four-year career at Ohio State, which ended in a unanimous All-American selection following the 2020-21 season. He played in just six games a year ago for Minnesota, bouncing back and forth between the active roster and the practice squad.

If he passes through waivers, Davis will be free to sign with any teams active roster or practice squad. He could serve as a valuable depth piece for any potential contender.
