Ohio Stadium earns the No. 2 spot on EA Sports College Football 27’s Toughest Places to Play rankings, Jeremiah Smith is a 99 overall, and Julian Sayin is the second-best quarterback in the game.
EA Sports released its Top 25 Toughest Places to Play in College Football 27, and Ohio Stadium has climbed to the No. 2 spot, solidifying its reputation as one of the most intimidating environments in all of college football. The iconic Horseshoe trails only LSU’s Tiger Stadium in this year’s rankings, a testament to the electric atmosphere Buckeye fans create every Saturday.
For years, Ohio State fans have packed Ohio Stadium with more than 100,000 supporters, turning every home game into an unforgettable experience. Whether it’s a primetime showdown against a top-ranked opponent or a rivalry matchup, the energy inside the Horseshoe creates a religious experience.
Fans will be able to determine how the crowd supports the Buckeyes in this year’s edition through themed games such as a Scarlet or Blackout environment. In recent seasons, Ohio Stadium has been the canvas for some of college football’s loudest and most memorable moments, notably the First Round College Football Playoff game against Tennessee.
Also in the game are Jeremiah Smith and Julian Sayin, who are two of the highest-rated players in EA College Football 27. Smith checks in at 99 overall, and Sayin is the No. 2 overall quarterback, rated at 94.
Ohio State also has five more players in this year’s game rated as a 90 overall or better: left guard Luke Montgomery (92), defensive end Kenyatta Jackson Jr. (91), safety Terry Moore (90), right guard Austin Siereveld (90), and running back Bo Jackson (90).
These Buckeyes combine to help make Ohio State (90) the No. 2 overall team (Oregon, 91) in EA College Football 27, with the game officially releasing on July 9. MVP+ Members can receive early access on July 2, or deluxe buyers receive the game on July 6.
