Notable Personnel Updates:
- WR Brock Boyd and LB Christian Alliegro lost their black stripes after Tuesday’s practice
- WR Chris Henry Jr.’s goal should be to become a “Day 1 starter,” and that “everything we saw in recruiting is translating to the field,” according to Day
- RB Legend Bey has missed the last couple of practices, but Day hopes to get him back soon.
- OL Ian Moore has “done good things this Spring,” according to Ryan Day
- OL Austin Siereveld, Carson Hinzman, and Luke Montgomery have demonstrated consistent play
- DB Earl Little Jr. “plays fast and twitchy” and “did a great job in the weight room with Mick.” Ryan Day also said Little “jumped off the screen right out of the gate this Spring” and called him a “bright spot.”
- DB Jay Timmons received high praise from Day, following Jeremiah Smith’s comments on Saturday. Day said, “He’s prepared when he steps onto the field. Plays edgy and gritty, and keeps getting his hands on the ball. If he keeps doing that, he’ll find his way onto the field.”
