Ohio State added another piece to its cornerback room today as three-star St. Frances (Baltimore, MD) athlete Khmari Bing announced he would be committing to the Buckeyes!
BOOM! 2026 DB Kmari Bing has committed to Ohio State!
The 6’0 former Maryland commit and St. Frances HS (Baltimore) native is rated as a three-star.

Bing was committed to Maryland for just over a full calendar year, but de-committed from the Terrapins after an Ohio State offer and subsequent visit to Columbus on Oct. 4. Bing is listed at 6’0 190lbs and is rated as the No. 917 overall player and No. 33 cornerback in the 2026 recruiting class composite rankings. He is listed as running a 4.46 40-yard-dash.
Bing represents just the third defensive back in Ohio State’s 2026 class, which once again is rated well inside the top ten. Bing joins Jordan Thomas of Bergen Catholic (NJ) as corners currently committed to the Buckeyes. The Buckeyes are also targeting other names at cornerback, including current Florida State commit Jay Timmons, who will officially visit Ohio State in a few weeks, and in theory could kick the tires on Ohio natives Victor Singleton (Texas A&M commit) as well as Elbert Hill (USC commit). All told, it would not be a surprise to see several more cornerbacks jump into the fold for the Buckeyes.
Bing also held offers from Alabama, Indiana, Miami, Michigan, and Tennessee, among others.
