The Transfer Portal Officially Opens on Monday as the Buckeyes are expected to be major players to help improve after Jake Diebler’s debut season of a 17-15 record. Ohio State has already been linked to several players who are already in the portal. This list will be updated daily to accommodate every new target.

Cupps saw a good amount of playing time during his freshman season with Indiana but four games into his sophomore season he suffered a season-ending knee injury. The Buckeyes have been reported to have the “Momentum” at this moment with Cupps, the other key team in the race is currently his hometown Dayton Flyers.
