Boggs, a three-star from Cocoa, Florida, is rated as the No. 368 overall player in the 2025 class, the No. 50 wide receiver, and the No. 55 player from the state of Florida. He was also considering the home-state Florida Gators, Colorado, Penn State, and West Virginia.
Boggs is the second commit in Ohio State’s 2025 class, joining in-state four-star gunslinger Taven St. Clair. With Brian Hartline’s incredible recruiting run of wide receivers over the past several years (and those receivers now making an impact at Ohio State and in the NFL), Boggs elected to end his recruitment relatively early in the process and commit to Hartline and the Ohio State staff.
The Florida native is listed at 6’0, 188 pounds and attended an Ohio State camp in Columbus back in June.
