“Another one” as they say: the Buckeyes have just landed another five star wde receiver in New Haven, Indiana’s Mylan Graham. It has almost become the norm to expect this type of recruiting out of newly announced offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach Brian Hartline.

Graham’s commitment comes as the second five-star WR in this 2024 class and does not come as major shock believe it or not. Graham had been up front from the get go that the Buckeyes were his leader throughout his recruitment. The Ohio State staff loved Graham from early on as a high school sophomore when they offered him but he did not have a commitable offer until the staff saw a few more things this off season. Graham held up his end of the bargain and the moment the staff gave him the go ahead, it did not take long before he made his announcement.
The five star comes to the Buckeyes as the top player out of the state of Indiana in the 2024 class and is also a top five WR nationally by the 247 composite rankings. At 6-foot-2, 170-pounds Graham joins the No.1 WR in the country in Jeremiah Smith and will bring a speed and agility element to the class. Ohio State has not seen a true kick and punt returning threat come through its program since Ted Ginn Jr. Graham may be just that for the Buckeyes as arguably the fastest WR in the class and possibly in the country.
It’s no secret that Ryan Day’s Buckeyes like getting the ball outside and torching opposing defenses through the air. Graham certainly will be expected to do so when he arrives in Columbus. Make no mistake about it, this may be Brian Hartline’s master class among all of them so far. Huge pick up for the top 10 2024 Ohio State class.
