Ohio State received a big boost to their offense this morning as tight end Cade Stover announced he would be returning to the Buckeyes for the upcoming 2023 season.
I AM COMING BACK.

Stover has had an interesting career at Ohio State. A four-star recruit from Mansfield, Ohio, Stover began his Buckeye journey as a defensive lineman, before moving to linebacker and ultimately settling in at tight end. After recording five tackles as a linebacker in the 2022 Rose Bowl, he moved over to the offensive side of the ball and promptly found his niche. He notched 36 catches for 406 yards and five touchdowns this past season as a big part of the Ohio State offense.
The Buckeyes are now slated to return basically all of their top skill players from 2022, with TreVeyon Henderson, Miyan Williams, Dallan Hayden, Marvin Harrison Jr., Emeka Egbuka, and Julian Fleming set to come back alongside Stover. Ohio State will have a new quarterback, however, as CJ Stroud is slated to be replaced by one of Kyle McCord or Devin Brown.
