Ohio State Basketball Lands First 2024 Commit in John Mobley Jr.

John Paul “Juni” Mobley has committed to become part of the Ohio State basketball program. He is the 43rd ranked player in the class of 2024, a  six-foot guard out of Bishop Gorman High School. Mobley represents the first commit in Ohio State’s 2024 class.

Mobley took an official visit to Ohio State on October 1st, and shortly after he received a couple crystal balls to the Buckeyes from 247sports.

The guard chose the Buckeyes over the likes of Creighton, USC, Xavier, LSU, and Arizona State.

Holtmann and his crew start the 2024 class off with a bang. They hope to land a few more prospects such as, Jonathan Powell, Jesse McCulloch, Raleigh Burgess, and Amier Ali.
