Sights and Sounds from Ohio State Pro Day

Ohio State held their annual Pro Day this afternoon, and eleven prospects worked out in front of over 100 NFL franchise representatives to take aim at getting an opportunity to play at the next level. Here are some of the highlights from the day.

Former Ohio State All-American defensive lineman and coach Mike Vrabel was in attendance. Vrabel is now the head coach of the NFL’s Tennessee Titans.

Houston Texans head coach Lovie Smith was also in attendance. Smith has familiarity with many of these players, as he was the head coach of Illinois from 2016-2020. Other NFL high-rollers in attendance included Packers GM Brian Gutekunst, Commanders head coach Ron Rivera, and Bears wide receivers coach Tyke Tolbert.

Garrett Wilson made a nice sliding catch and earned some applause from spectators.

CJ Stroud drops a dime to Chris Olave. We’ve heard that once or twice before.

Master Teague was catching passes from a former national champion quarterback- Cardale Jones.

Finally, one Buckeye who isn’t done in Columbus yet received some rave reviews from an NFL Scout.

All in all, it was a great day for former Buckeyes. Expect to hear many of their names in the upcoming 2022 NFL Draft.
